1. Minimum Booking: A minimum of 3 hours applies to all practical sessions. Sessions shorter than 3 hours are charged at the Mini Session rate.
2. Additional Hours: Any time required beyond the agreed package hours will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $75. This includes "overtime" requested on the day to complete a project.
3. Pricing: All prices listed are final. No additional taxes or surcharges apply.
4. Materials: The cost of storage solutions, containers, and organisational products is not included in the service fee.
5. Product Sourcing: If the client requires items to be sourced or purchased from retailers on their behalf, a standard sourcing fee of $75 applies for time spent researching, purchasing, and managing returns. For complex or large-scale projects, a custom sourcing fee will be agreed upon in writing prior to work beginning.
6. Donation & Disposal: At the conclusion of a session, we can remove one carload of items on your behalf for a flat fee of $50. This is limited to items manageable by one person that fit within a standard vehicle. Any external disposal fees (e.g., electronics or refuse) will be passed on to the client at cost.
7. Auckland Travel: Travel within a 20km radius of Auckland CBD is free of charge. Locations outside this radius incur a travel fee of $1.17 per km for the additional distance (calculated for the return trip).
Example: For a location 30km from the CBD, a fee for 20km total (10km each way) will apply.
8. Regional Travel: Travel outside the Auckland region will incur additional travel and accommodation fees, to be agreed upon in writing prior to booking.

Do I need to stay with you during the entire session?
All services are flexible to suit your lifestyle. You're welcome to work side by side with me, or simply leave things ready for me to take care of on my own. We will work through the plan in the online or in-person consultation first so I can work according to what we have planned if needed.
How much does a professional organiser cost?
Our professional organising services offer various packages to suit different budgets. We provide a free online consultation to discuss your needs and provide a customised quote for your home organisation project.
Do I need to buy storage products before you arrive?
No, we assess your space first and recommend appropriate storage solutions for your home. We can source products locally or work with what you already have.
How long does home organisation take?
Project duration varies based on space size and complexity. A single room like a bedroom or kitchen typically takes 3-6 hours, while whole-home organisation may require multiple sessions.
Do you help with decluttering or just organising?
Our services include both decluttering and organising. We guide you through decision-making about what to keep, donate, or discard, then create organised systems for remaining items.
